The apartment is on the ground floor, on a raised level. It is furnished in a modern style with exposed wooden beams. The accommodation consists of: a unique environment divided into a relaxation area and a dining area; a modern, compact and well-equipped kitchen (here you will find a fridge with freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, electric oven, as well as everything else necessary for cooking and preparing your table); a bedroom with a double bed; a bathroom with a large shower cabin.
Also here you will find: a safe, a dock station, 2 LCD TVs, independent heating, air conditioning, wireless connection.
In addition you’ll have the access to a private courtyard, where you can enjoy your romantic Venetian evenings!

The nearest highlights: one of the major bridges in Venice Ponte Tre Archi, Church of San Giobbe, Jewish Museum.

Help Save the City of Venice: ALL and any rental in Venice is required to collect City Tax to help maintain and restore the beautiful city, since 2019 it is €4 per person per night.
This is a legal requirement which we unfortunately can not include in the listing price but have to collect in cash or card payment upon arrival.
