The apartment has a spacious and bright living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, a modern and well equipped kitchen, a dining room, 2 large bedrooms one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, a terrace for your romantic Venetian evenings.

In this apartment independent heating, air conditioning, wireless connection.

Entrance to the apartment is from a calle (street) opposite to the bridge. You can also reach the house by water taxi.

The nearest highlights: Rialto Bridge, Church of San Bartolomeo di Rialto.

CITY TAX:
Help Save the City of Venice: ALL and any rental in Venice is required to collect City Tax to help maintain and restore the beautiful city, since 2019 it is €4 per person per night.
This is a legal requirement which we unfortunately can not include in the listing price but have to collect in cash or card payment upon arrival.
p.s. If someone does not charge city tax, they are operating illegally.
