The apartment is very bright, it's new! on the first floor of a historic Venetian palace, in a very characteristic district of the city, Castello.
You can use a large kitchen with hob and fridge and microwave group.
The setting is typical for 4 people, but you can use the sofa bed located in the living room.
Independent heating and super air conditioning!
The double bedroom have an incredible view from the city, there is a double bed and in the other 2 single beds .
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area and it is possible to reach S. Marco square in about 15-20 minutes walking along the side of the lagoon: a beautiful walk.
You are welcome! guests can use throughout the apartment.
Our guests can access all the spaces of the apartment and the small storage room on the ground floor, where you can leave your luggage.
