The apartment is very bright, it's new! on the first floor of a historic Venetian palace, in a very characteristic district of the city, Castello.
You can use a large kitchen with hob and fridge and microwave group.
The setting is typical for 3 people.
Independent heating and super air conditioning!
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and bidet.
For stays longer than a week a second change of linen will be provided.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area and it is possible to reach S. Marco square in about 15-20 minutes walking along the side of the lagoon: a beautiful walk.
You are welcome! guests can use throughout the apartment.
Our guests can access all the spaces of the apartment and the small storage room on the ground floor, where you can leave your luggage.
To avoid extra charges (personal check-in tips), please check in and pay tourist tax online via lionhost site otherwise charges listed will be applied.
CITY TAX:
Help Save the City of Venice: ALL and any rental in Venice is required to collect City Tax to help maintain and restore the beautiful city, since 2019 it is €4 per person per night.
This is a legal requirement which we unfortunately can not include in the listing price but have to collect in cash or card payment upon arrival.
p.s. If someone does not charge city tax, they are operating illegally.
PERSONAL CHECK-IN REQUEST
In case of personal check-in request these fees are applied::
20 EUR for check-in till 22:00
40 EUR for check-in after 22:00
50 EUR for check in after midnight
CHECK-OUT / LUGGAGE STORAGE:
We have luggage storage facility on the property where you are welcome to leave your bags after you check out.
However you may NOT leave your personal items in the room after check out time, we will remove all your belonging from the room after 10:00AM and place them in the designated storage area, please respect the check out time. :)
